To recover your password please enter your kit number or username and the email address associated with your account.

If you have not returned your African DNA Kit, then you do not have a password and will not be able to login.

Your MyADNA account will be created and a password will be emailed when your test kit is received by African DNA for processing.

For your security, African DNA only sends password reminders to the primary e-mail address listed in your contact information. If you no longer have access to that e-mail address or you have misplaced your kit number please contact us for assistance.

If you transferred your results into African DNA from the Genographic Project the kit number here is not the same as your Genographic ID number. Please contact us if you need assistance recovering your African DNA kit number.
